Syarat & Ketentuan
1. Order Placement and Communication Process
·Consultation: Please confirm the service content, price, and request with the merchant before placing an order. Placing an order implies acceptance of this product's terms (customers will be responsible for any request changes/refunds resulting from failure to consult).
· Booking reservation: After submitting your booking, the supplier will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability. Please ensure you provide correct contact information and keep your phone accessible. If multiple contact attempts fail, please promptly check the notification messages sent by the supplier.
·Last-minute booking: Please consult the merchant for same-day service availability.
2. Scheduling Rules
No refund will be issued if the guest fails to show up after booking; please be advised.
- The booked package has an expiration date. Customers without scheduled dates can prioritize selecting globally applicable packages (prices vary by region, subject to inquiry).
3. Change & Refund Policy
- If a refund is requested before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable; if the service provider's schedule permits, one free date change is allowed, which must be requested at least half a month in advance;
- No refund will be issued for bookings if travel is prevented due to force majeure circumstances such as transportation delays, strikes, aircraft malfunctions, or flight cancellations.
4. Emergency Booking Policy
Bookings made between 22:00 and 9:00 the next day are considered non-standard working hours bookings. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that the supplier will process and contact you in booking order after 9:00 the next day.
Late-night/early morning service requiring additional staff effort will incur an emergency service fee, with safety assessment conducted.
5. Other fees description
Travel expenses and service fees for extended travel time due to distant service locations should be communicated and confirmed with the merchant in advance, and will be borne by the customer.
