you can redeem your voucher at any bus stop, or you can go to one of these locations: Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking, The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Mall of the Emirates Gate 4 (Tourist bus parking next to Ski Dubai), Atlantis The Palm (Next to the monorail station), JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC restaurant), Souk Madinat Jumeirah (next to Seattle's Best Coffee)
pre-recorded audio commentary is available in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean plus kids commentary in English and Arabic
for the 2 and 3-day Premium Pass, children 3-4 will need a standalone ticket to access Lost Chambers and Aquaventure
Blue Route: the bus leaves Dubai Mall every hour from 10.00am until 4.00pm. The first bus of the day leaves Atlantis The Palm at 8.50am. Red Route: the bus leaves Dubai Mall every half hour from 10.00am until 4.00pm
Lost Chambers Aquarium (included with 2 and 3-day passes): open daily from 10.00am to 9.00pm. Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
Sunset and Night Tour: this is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours. Pick-up times: Stop 1: 5.00pm, Stop 2: 5.40pm, Stop 3: 6.00pm, Stop 4: 6.20pm, Stop 5: 6.35pm
Al Seef Dhow Cruise: daily and hourly from 10.00am to 3.00pm. Location: Al Seef - Stop 3 Red Route

from 3 August, the Lost Chambers Aquarium will be closed for 3 months and will be substituted in the itinerary with a visit to the Dubai Frame (not included in the 1-day pass)
