Standard Soft or Standard with Liquor packages are on a free-seating basis, following a first-come, first-served arrangement in the Main and Middle Salon. On the Upper Deck, we offer both a VIP Zone and an Observation Deck. The Observation Deck is open to all guests who wish to enjoy the view—it is not limited to those with reserved seating. Please note, that there is no seating available in the observation area, as it is designed for standing and enjoying the scenery.
Boarding start from 6:45PM
Departure time: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by passengers within 24hrs of the cruise will not be eligible for a full or partial refund. No-show will also be considered as no refund.
Please arrive at the boarding location at least 30 minutes before departure for check‑in.
Boarding for Lotus Royale begins at 6:45 PM at Dubai Marina, behind Dubai Marina Mall, near Pier 7 restaurants.
Present your Trip.com voucher (printed or mobile) at the check‑in desk for verification.
VIP Package guests may proceed to the VIP Lounge for priority check‑in.
The yacht departs promptly at 7:30 PM for a 3‑hour cruise and returns to Pier 7 at approximately 10:30 PM.
Seating and deck access follow the package type selected during booking.
Late arrivals or no‑shows cannot be accommodated once the yacht has departed.
