[eSIM Requirements] Device must support eSIM functionality: Dial *#06# on the dialing screen. If EID is shown, the device supports eSIM. If no EID is displayed, eSIM cannot be used. Device must be unlocked: Confirm with the carrier whether the device is locked to a specific network. Please ensure the device meets these requirements before purchase for proper eSIM usage. [Setting up eSIM] Please install and activate the eSIM after arriving at the destination while connected to the network. Installing the eSIM in a non-destination country/region may cause the eSIM to become invalid or cause usage time to be calculated prematurely. If installation issues occur, please refer to the usage guide. [Enable Data Roaming] Ensure the "Data Roaming" option is enabled for the eSIM. [Network Information] Signal quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather. Actual connectivity depends on the local carrier's coverage. If 5G is unavailable, the device will automatically connect to 4G/LTE. [Hotspot Sharing] Hotspot sharing is supported, but due to device differences, it cannot be guaranteed that all devices will be able to share. [Do not delete eSIM after installation] A QR Code can only be used on one device. After installation, it will be bound to that device and cannot be transferred to another device. [Kind Reminder] • It is recommended to install the eSIM on the day of departure. If installed within the coverage area, the validity period will start immediately. • Please ensure a stable internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi) before installation. • Enable “Data Roaming” upon arrival at your destination.
